Wie bereits berichtet veröffentlich Rocky Votolato am 17.04.2015 sein neues Album bei Glitterhouse Records. Produziert wurde "Hospital Handshakes" von Chris Walla (Death Cab for Cutie) im Hall of Justice Studio in Seattle. Folgende Gastmusiker sind auf dem Nachfolger zu Television of Saints (2012) zu hören: Rockys Bruder Cody Votolato an der E-Gitarre (The Blood Brothers), Eric Corson am Bass (The Long Winters), Andy Lum an den Drums (Craft Spells/My Goodness) und Emily Kokal (Warpaint) als Backround Sängerin. Das Lyric-Video zu der ersten Single "The Hereafter"ist nun vorab einsehbar.
