Vinnie Caruana, der vielen von I Am The Avalanche und The
Movielife bekannt ist, hat bei Equal Vision Records unterschrieben und wird
dort sein Solo-Debüt veröffentlichen. Derzeit nimmt er im Barber Shop Studio in
Lake Hopatcong, NJ auf. Über die Platte sagt er:
“This album will be intensely personal. I’ve been writing it
all year and stand firmly behind the statement that this is the best, most
fully-formed songwriting I’ve ever created. Brett “The Ratt” Romnes – who
produced the last two I Am The Avalanche records – will be manning the boards.
We are recording at The Barber Shop Studios in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. The studio
is on the shore of a lake, in a beautiful old stone church from the late 1800s
that has been converted into a studio. I’ll be playing guitar and singing, The
Ratt will play drums, Steve Choi (Rx Bandits, The Sound of Animals Fighting,
Peace’d Out) will be contributing keys and guitars, and Kellen Robson (I Am The
Avalanche, Pass Away) will be playing bass. But enough talk for now…it’s time
to get in the studio so I can show the world what I’ve been working on.”
